MY STORY
Hi, I'm Crystal - A wife to my FireFighter husband of 11 years and a mom to two amazing kiddos, one in which I am navigating the wild ride of teenage life. For over two decades I've juggled the fast pace of corporate America while trying to be fully present as a wife, a mother, and a woman learning to put her own health and well-being first.
I love being out and about with my family and friends... but at the end of the day, I'm a homebody at heart. Home is where I feel safe, grounded, and the most me.
